The demands on second-line leaders could be described as“everything, everywhere, all at once.” One must juggle the role of mentor, teacher, consultant, coach and much more, while also mastering an overwhelming variety of leadership competencies, ensuring the team produces superior results, and skillfully managing upwards. All of this is expected to be executed with grace and confidence, even under immense pressure.

I carried a bag for 10 years in sales, then moved into sales team leadership across the Asia region. Becoming an Executive Coach was a natural extension of the satisfaction I took in seeing the salespeople in my team grow as people, while they also grew their territories, revenue, and personal commissions.
My approach to coaching is “integral.” In other words, we don’t leave anything out (because it’s the things we leave out that tend to cause us problems.)

HOW?
SLS+ is a VIP-level leadership development program,
blending face to face sessions, zoom sessions, five 1-1 executive coaching sessions for each participant, and a comprehensive Clifton Strengths assessment. We will even hold separate sessions for your direct reports to keep them informed on the work we are doing in the SLS+ program and encourage them to support your development.
